CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WOWK) — Data from West Virginia's school voucher program shows that over $4 million was paid to out-of-state schools and supplemental programs. According to the Hope Scholarship's 2025-2026 annual report, $45,513,562.04 was paid to non-public schools, with $42,888,087.85, or 94%, paid to schools in the state of West Virginia.
