Moira, N.Y. ― State police are investigating two deaths believed to be connected that occurred about 200 miles apart in Upstate New York.
Just before 9 a.m. Tuesday, troopers found a deceased woman at a residence on South Woods Road in the town of Moira in Franklin County while conducting a criminal investigation, Trooper Brandi M. Ashley, a state police spokesperson, said in a news release.
